How full each item comes out varies with the animal’s condition: Mutton Steak 50–100%, Guts 50–80%, Fat 40–800%.

Where it lives

Animals are placed by the game's own spawner rather than the loot economy, so there are no per-map counts to list — only whether a terrain ships the species at all.
