Where does the Plate Carrier (PlateCarrierVest_Green) spawn on Chernarus?
There are 2,845 places on Chernarus a Plate Carrier (PlateCarrierVest_Green) can spawn, out of 7,111 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.
Most are at North West Airfield, which holds 620 of them. After that: Tisy Military Base, Zeleno Military and Krasnoye.
Those points sit in military tents, wrecks and Tisy military buildings.
260 of them belong to the Derailed train dynamic event, which moves when the event respawns — so those are not a fixed address the way a building is.
The central economy aims for 1 on the map at once. Each one lasts 4 hours on the ground before it despawns, and the economy waits 20 minutes before restocking one that was taken.
