Where does the Plate Carrier (PlateCarrierVest) spawn on Sakhal?
On Sakhal, Plate Carrier (PlateCarrierVest) can spawn at 426 loot points, out of 602 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.
Most are near Urup, which holds 268 of them — 63% of every place it can appear on the whole map. After that: Utichy and Ayan.
Those points sit in boats or ships, barrackses and castles or towers.
The central economy aims for 1 on the map at once. Each one lasts 4 hours on the ground before it despawns, and the economy waits 1 hour before restocking one that was taken.
