There are 4,336 places on Nasdara a 40mm Explosive Grenade (Ammo_40mm_Explosive) can spawn, out of 4,338 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.
Most are in FOB Atlas, which holds 561 of them. After that: Fostkova Mehran Tunnel, Dar-e Ardis and Zulfiqar missile base.
Those points sit in wrecks, military tents and barrackses.
The central economy aims for 8 on the map at once, with a floor of 5. Each one lasts 4 hours on the ground before it despawns.
It also turns up already attached to Ammo Box (100%) and Small Gift Box (2%), on top of its own spawn points.
