On Nasdara, Fange (FangeKnife) can spawn at 156 loot points, out of 342 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.
Most are in Qalat-e Lut, which holds 68 of them — 44% of every place it can appear on the whole map. After that: Bala Hissar, Didban Tapa and Qalat-e Bala.
Those points sit in castles or towers, caravanserai fronts and caravanserai backs.

It also turns up already attached to Medium Gift Box (8.3%) and Medium Gift Box (8.3%), on top of its own spawn points.
