Where does the M4-A1 (M4A1) spawn on Nasdara?
M4-A1 (M4A1) has 102 loot spawn points on Nasdara, out of 292 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.

Those points sit in hospitals or clinics, wrecks and tunnel maintenance rooms.
The central economy aims for 1 on the map at once, with a floor of 1. Each one lasts 2 hours on the ground before it despawns, and the economy waits 1 hour before restocking one that was taken.
