Where does the Ballistic Vest (PressVest_Blue) spawn on Nasdara?
Ballistic Vest (PressVest_Blue) has 1,458 loot spawn points on Nasdara.
Most are around Tor Dara, which holds 66 of them. After that: Sabzabad, Ak Hisar and Bad Asyab.
Those points sit in police stations and wrecks.
Every one of them belongs to the Police car and WaterTruck dynamic events, which move when the event respawns — so this is not a fixed address the way a building is.
The central economy aims for 4 on the map at once, with a floor of 2. Each one lasts 4 hours on the ground before it despawns.
