On Nasdara, NV-PVS4 Scope (StarlightOptic) can spawn at 3,488 loot points, out of 6,582 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.

Those points sit in wrecks, military tents and guard houses.

It also turns up already attached to Medium Gift Box (2.5%) and Medium Gift Box (2.5%), on top of its own spawn points.
