Where does the NBC Equipment Case (DayZed_NBC_Case) spawn on Stuart Island?
On Stuart Island, NBC Equipment Case (DayZed_NBC_Case) can spawn at 528 loot points, out of 549 that its containers offer — the rest are slots it is physically too large for.
Most are around Stuart Island Airfield, which holds 100 of them. After that: Satallite Island, Prevost and Stuart City.
Those points sit in boats or ships, wrecks and police stations.
Every one of them belongs to the Helicopter crash and Police car dynamic events, which move when the event respawns — so this is not a fixed address the way a building is.
The central economy aims for 1 on the map at once. Each one lasts 5 hours on the ground before it despawns, and the economy waits 30 minutes before restocking one that was taken.
